销售经理Sales Manager


要求:自动化、机械或电机工程等相关专业,在下述工业控制仪器仪表应用领域中有三年以上的销售经验和一年以上销售管理经验:石油天然气,工程机械,发电机组,船机,压缩机,或泵组等;熟悉工业柴油发动机对此职位有很大的帮助。

职位描述:

Responsibilities:

1.Develop sales in various industries including diesel engine, Oil & Gas, and Construction Machinery.

2.Proactively explore and develop relations with potential customers.

3.Lead the sales team in increasing sales through the targeting of key accounts and by means of focused activity.

4.Develop sales plans for each key and key target account based on the annual sales planning process.

5.Maintain close relationship with existing customers. Achieve superior communication, technical and product skills in order to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.

6.Conduct market survey and assessment. Develop marketing and sales plans for individual customer group.

7.Attend trade shows and promote products.

8.Manage and develop the sales group through effective coaching and training.

 

Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2.At least three years of sales experience and more than one year of sales management experience in the following fields for industrial engine applications: Oil & Gas Equipment, Construction Machinery, Generator sets, Marine, or Industrial stationary equipment such as compressors, pumps.

3.Working experience and knowledge of diesel engines and associated instruments.

4.Customer-driven. Have strong leadership and effective coaching skills. Can withstand pressure.

5.Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.

6.Good communication skills in both written and verbal English.

 

工作职责:

1.针对工业柴油发动机,石油天然气设备,工程机械等不同的工业领域销售控制仪器仪表。

2.挖掘及发展潜在的目标客户;经常拜访客户,提供解决方案及跟踪项目进展。

3.带领销售团队通过各种销售活动在目标客户群中提升销售业绩。

4.根据年度销售计划的流程制定现有客户和潜在客户的销售发展计划。

5.维护现有客户,进行及时有效地交流、提供技术支持及产品服务以达到和超出客户的期望。

6.市场信息调查及分析;针对不同客户群制定相关的市场及销售计划。

7.参加行业展会推广产品。

8.管理和培养销售团队,通过有效地辅导和培训提升销售团队的整体素质。

要求:

1.机械或电机工程等相关专业本科学历。

2.在下述工业控制仪器仪表应用领域中有三年以上的销售经验和一年以上销售管理经验:石油天然气,工程机械,发电机组,船机,压缩机,或泵组等。

3.熟悉工业柴油发动机对此职位有很大的帮助。

4.客户至上的意识强。较强的领导力,能对下属进行有效地辅导。并能承受工作压力。

5.较强的沟通能力和客户关系处理技巧。

6.英文书面和口语交流基本流利。
